Youth Boxing at 12ROUNDS is built for 12 to 15-year-olds who want to try boxing in a structured, safe, and genuinely fun environment. We teach real technique, not watered-down fitness, because young people deserve to be taught properly.
Beyond the sport, boxing builds the things that matter off the gym floor too: focus, discipline, resilience, and a confidence that shows up in school, in social situations, and in how young people carry themselves.
Classes are kept small so every young boxer gets coached and seen. Parents are welcome to watch.

No experience necessary. Open to all young people aged 12 to 15 regardless of fitness level or background.
