Strength & Conditioning at 12ROUNDS is designed specifically for the physical demands of boxing: explosive power, rotational strength, aerobic and anaerobic capacity, and injury resilience. Every exercise exists because boxing needs it.

You don't need to be a boxer to benefit. This class will make you fitter, stronger, and more powerful. Full stop.
